Connecting for Baby, Creating Healthy Relationships


Couples who qualify for the program:

  • Are in a non-violent relationship
  • Are unmarried
  • Are over age 18 and under age 27 (only one parent needs to be under 27)
  • Are pregnant or have a baby under 3 months
  • Meet income guidelines

 

To enroll:

  • Complete the online enrollment form or

  • Call us at 1-888-542-2230

    • Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (leave message if no answer)
    • After hours: leave a message with your name, phone number, and the best time to reach you and we will call you back
    • The call will last about 15 minutes
    • CFB staff will explain the program in detail and ask you some questions to make sure you qualify
