Orange Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Equipment
- Blender or large jar with cover
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Large spoon
Ingredients
- 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
concentrate
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon imitation vanilla extract

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- Wash hands and surfaces.
- Put all ingredients into blender or jar with
cover.
- Blend or shake in jar until smooth. Serve cold.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
(Standing will cause ingredients to separate.
Shake to re-blend).
Options
- Substitute 4 ice cubes plus 1/2 cup water for the
one cup of water to make this “slush.”
- Substitute pineapple, pineapple/orange juice, or
other flavors of frozen fruit juices for the orange
juice concentrate.
