OPEN Initiative
OPEN's primary focus is the development and implementation of a career development system for early childhood and school-age/after-school professionals. The OPEN Initiative is housed at the Center for Family Policy and Research at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

The mission of the Missouri Child Care Resource and Referral Network is to provide coordinated, statewide child care resource and referral services that promote a high quality child care system.
