A team-taught, school-based program to help fifth-grade students make healthy food choices and be more physically active.
An 8-week strength-training program for older adults. Participants will increase their physical activity and may improve strength, balance and flexibility, resulting in reduced risk for falls, better overall health and greater independence.
A follow-up program that builds on the fitness base acquired from Stay Strong, Stay Healthy by adding new and more complex exercises. Advanced SSSH is designed to challenge older adults in new and different ways, to help avoid staleness and plateaus, and to improve activities of daily living.

WorkWell Missouri Toolkit
Worksite wellness refers to the education and interventions that an employer uses to promote healthy lifestyles to employees. The WorkWell Missouri Toolkit is designed to help your organization assess and improve the wellness policies and practices in your workplace.
A coalition comprised of individuals and representatives from statewide and local agencies, institutions and organizations who work together to advance the goals and objectives of the statewide plan to prevent obesity and other chronic diseases.
