Slow-cooker Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Yield: 4 servings



  • 1 cup steel oats
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1.5 cups water



  • Spray slow-cooker with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker and stir in a 5 to 6 quart slow-cooker.
  • Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  • If oatmeal is a little dry, stir in a little milk or water before serving.
