Yield: 4 servings (1/2 cup each)
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve immediately or chill first.
