A cool and refreshing smoothie that could be used as breakfast or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 1 cup light vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 8 ice cubes
- Combine the avocado, milk, yogurt, honey and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth.
