Avocado SmoothieAvocado Smoothie

A cool and refreshing smoothie that could be used as breakfast or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • 1 cup light vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 8 ice cubes

 

Preparation

  1. Combine the avocado, milk, yogurt, honey and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth.
