Yield: 8 patties



  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon oil



  • Mix all ingredients well in bowl. Chill overnight.
  • Form into patties.
  • Fry slowly until brown on each side.
