Chocolate MousseChocolate Mousse

Yield: 4 servings



  • 1 12.5-ounce box of firm tofu
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 teaspoons honey



  1. Heat chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler to melt. Add honey and stir until smooth.
  2. In a blender or food processor blend tofu until smooth.
  3. Add the chocolate/honey mixture and whip until creamy.
  4. Chill until firm.

Protein: 6.5g

Carbohydrate: 38g

Sodium: 15mg
