Look at the list of ingredients on most store-bought ice cream and then look at the list below. With just 3 ingredients, this ice cream is healthy, fresh and delicious and so easy to make!

  • 5 large bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 (15 ounce) can light coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Place frozen bananas, vanilla and coconut milk in a food processor. Blend until smooth. This will take a while, and probably a few stirs with a spatula. Eat right away, do not freeze.
