Crab RollsCrab Rolls

Yield: 4 servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 8-oz package imitation crab
  • 1 8-oz container of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of seafood seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 4 split top buns

 

Preparation:

  1. Shred crab meat in bowl. Mix in yogurt, chopped celery, and seasoning.
  2. Spread melted butter on bun and toast. Fill bun with crab mix.

 

Nutrition information per serving:

Calories: 202

Total Fat: 1.5g

Fiber: 2.5g

Protein: 11.8g
