Yield: 4 servings
- 1 8-oz package imitation crab
- 1 8-oz container of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of seafood seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 4 split top buns
- Shred crab meat in bowl. Mix in yogurt, chopped celery, and seasoning.
- Spread melted butter on bun and toast. Fill bun with crab mix.
