Crock Pot Maple Cinnamon Apple SauceApplesauce

12 servings (1/2 cup each)



  • 12 medium apples, peeled, cored and quartered
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider



  1. Put apples in the crock pot and top with remaining ingredients.
  2. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-9 hours.
  3. Mash with potato masher if needed.
