Makes 2 servings



  • 1½ cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach, kale or arugula
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed



  1. In a blender, combine raspberries, spinach, water, yogurt, banana, honey, almond butter and flax seed. Blend until smooth.
