Jiffy Oatmeal CrunchJiffy Oatmeal Crunch

Yield: 30 servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups uncooked quick oats
  • 1 cup raisins

 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In large skillet, melt butter and brown sugar. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Spread into pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cool; cut into squares.
