Tzatziki and VeggiesTzatziki
Multipurpose sauce and dip

Yield: 16 servings (2 Tbsp)

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup finely grated cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation

  1. Grate the cucumber and drain excess water.
  2. Peel and mince or press garlic.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and chill for two hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fresh vegetables.
