TzatzikiMultipurpose sauce and dip

Yield: 16 servings (2 Tbsp)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup finely grated cucumber
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grate the cucumber and drain excess water.
- Peel and mince or press garlic.
- Mix all ingredients together and chill for two hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fresh vegetables.
