Yield: 4 Servings



  • 2 cups vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup berries of choice
  • 1 cup low fat granola



  • Line up 4 parfait or other tall glasses. Spoon about 1/4 cup of yogurt into each glass.
  • Top with about 1/4 cup of fruit.
  • Next sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granola.
  • Repeat the process.
