Easy Broccoli QuicheBroccoli quiche



  • 9-inch pie pan
  • Knife
  • Measuring cup
  • Spoon



  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
    (like Cheddar or Colby Jack)
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped*


*Substitute bell peppers, spinach or asparagus for broccoli.


What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake until the center is firm, 35-40 minutes.
