Roasted AsparagusAsparagus



  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese



  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Trim asparagus and toss to coat with oil. Lay out in single layer on a baking pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roast for 5 to 10 minutes.
