How does the teen pregnancy rate in the
United States compare with those in Europe?
In the United States the rate of teen pregnancy is about 48 teens girls for every 1000 young women. The rates for France are 17 out of 1000 teen girls, 14 out of 1000 teen girls in Germany and 7 out of 1000 teen girls in the Netherlands.
