I have a consumer complaint and want to call the salesperson with whom I dealt when making my purchase. What do I say?

When presenting a problem to a salesperson, stay calm and explain your situation. Tell all the details of your situation, suggest that you can provide documentation (if possible) and present a fair solution. If the salesperson is not able to assist you, ask to speak to a manager.
