I have a consumer complaint. I spoke to the salesperson and the manager where I made my purchase and I still did not obtain a reasonable solution. What else can I do?

If you have still not found a solution to your consumer problem, get the number to the firm's headquarters and ask for someone who will be able to help you. Make sure you keep records of all phone conversations (including dates and persons with whom you spoke).

As in every step in the complaint process, remain calm and stick to the facts.
