Our freezing compartment of the refrigerator can be kept at 0 degrees F. Is it alright to use it to freeze garden produce?

Some freezing compartments of refrigerators are made so they can be kept at 0 degrees F. However, most do not maintain this low temperature constantly. Refer to your owner's manual for specific details. If the compartment maintains a 0 degrees F. temperature, it may be used for long time storage of garden produce.
