Should I freeze ground meat loaves cooked or uncooked?

You can freeze ground meat loaves either cooked or uncooked.

Cooked loaves: Chill cooked loaves quickly in refrigerator and remove from pans. Wrap tightly using either the butcher wrap or the drugstore fold. Label and freeze.

Uncooked loaves: Mix loaves as for baking. Line loaf pans with foil, fill with loaf mixture, and fold ends of foil over meat. Freeze. Remove loaves from pans when frozen, and overwrap tightly. Label and return to freezer.
