What vegetables are better frozen than canned?
Broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, egg plant, mushrooms, parsnips, pimientos, pumpkin, winter squash, and green peppers are vegetables that should be frozen instead of canned. Personal likes and dislikes are important, too. For example green peas and sweet corn are often preferred frozen.
