How do I freeze sugar snap peas?


Sugar snap peas should be picked when the peas are large and fully mature, and the pods are round and full size (2 to 3"). To freeze, blanch in boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes. Cool promptly in cold water and drain. Pack, label, and freeze.
