Quick Answers

Can egg whites be dried at home?

Drying eggs at home is not recommended because of the high risk of food-borne illness associated with such products. Commercially dried eggs are dried under conditions that cannot be duplicated with home food dehydrators. Safety of home dried egg products cannot be guaranteed.
