How do you make mulberry jam?

To make mulberry jam, use the directions for blackberry, dewberry or raspberry jam. Mulberries may be frozen according to the directions for blackberries. Note: when fully ripe, mulberries may be red or black. There is a white variety, but they are rather tasteless. Avoid eating unripe mulberries in quantities because they can cause upset stomach and other problems.
