Quick Answers
What causes bubbles to form in jelly?
Bubbles in jelly may be caused by:
- kettle not being held close to top of jar as jelly was poured
- jelly being poured slowly and air being trapped in hot jelly
- spoilage
If bubbles are moving, do not use jelly. Throw it out.
