Some of my paraffin sealed jellies have come unsealed; they are not moldy. What should I do?

If paraffin sealed jellies come unsealed and are not moldy, cover with tight fitting lids. Refrigerate or freeze immediately.

Note: Sweet spreads should not be sealed with paraffin because of the potential for mold growth. Seal them with two-piece, self-sealing lids and process for 5 minutes in a boiling-water canner below 1,000 feet and ten minutes if you live above 1,000 feet.
