How do you prepare corned beef?
Corned beef is made from a less-tender cut of beef such
as brisket, rump or round. It requires long, moist
cooking on top of the stove, in the oven, microwave, or
slow cooker. Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness.
The internal temperature should reach 160°F. Allow the
brisket to stand for 10 minutes after removing from
heat.
