What are giblets?
Giblets are the heart, liver, and gizzard of poultry. It
is often used to make gravy or broiled or fried to make
appetizers. Giblets are often found in a bag in the
abdominal cavity of a whole bird. They are not the
giblets from the original bird.
See "How do you prepare giblets?" for more information.
