How do you prepare giblets?
Store giblets in the refrigerator at 40° F or below. Use within 1 to 2 days. Or, giblets can be frozen at 0° F or below indefinitely. Prepare giblets by simmering in water if they are to be used for soups, gravies, or stuffing. Chicken giblets are often fried or boiled.
