How do you cook fresh pork?

Pork should be refrigerated at 40 F if it will be used within 3 to 5 days. Otherwise, freeze at 0F. Cook ground pork patties and ground pork mixtures to 160F. Whole pork muscle should be cooked to 160F (medium) or 170F (well done).
