How do you cook fresh pork?
Pork should be refrigerated at 40 °F if it will be used
within 3 to 5 days. Otherwise, freeze at 0°F. Cook
ground pork patties and ground pork mixtures to 160°F.
Whole pork muscle should be cooked to 160°F (medium) or
170°F (well done).
