How should Easter eggs be handled so they are safe to eat?
As with other potentially dangerous foods, hard-cooked
eggs should not be left at room temperature for more
than two hours. A suggestion: dye two batches of eggs.
Keep one batch in the refrigerator to be eaten and keep
the other batch out for decoration.
