How do you harvest and store home grown peanuts?
Peanuts should be dug and left on the vine to cure in
cool, dry conditions for 3-6 weeks. Without adequate
curing, peanuts will lack flavor and may mold during
storage. For best flavor retention and crispness, store
peanuts in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
