Should I update my lights with the energy-saving compact fluorescent light bulbs?

From October 1 through December 31, while supplies last, Columbia Water and Light electric customers are eligible for a $2 instant rebate on Energy Star qualified compact fluorescent (CF) light bulbs. Customers can go to either Westlake Hardware store locations or HyVee. You can purchase up to 6 bulbs. Fill out a form and take it to the cashier for your instant rebate.
