How can I turn my fat into muscle?

Muscle and fat are two distinct components of the body. Fat cannot be turned into muscle and vice versa. Losing fat and gaining muscle, which can occur as a result of exercise and/or better eating habits, are separate processes that often occur simultaneously leading to the illusion that one turns into the other.
