Are Fast food meals really that bad?

Many of them are full of calories and fat. A meal including a quarter-pounder with cheese, a large non diet pop and large fries is a whopping 1400 calories and 55 grams of fat. This one meal has more than half the calories and fat most men need in a day and almost all the calories and fat most women need for a day. With this in mind, choose wisely when at fast food restaurants.
