I am a teacher in a school. So many of the parents of my children are on these low carb diets. Yet when I tell the children that these diets are really bad they get worried about their parents’ health. They are concerned that something bad will happen to their parents. What should I say?
First of all, it is important to not scare children. You can point out that little kids are not the same as adults. Parents make decisions that are right for them. Try not to give them too much information. Remember, when working with younger kids it is best to give them the simplest information you can to alleviate their immediate fears.
