Is there a low carb diet you’d recommend?
I don’t recommend diets. Going “on” a diet means that at some point you’ll go “off” it. Instead, follow the Food Guide Pyramid – it’s an eating plan you can live on for the rest of your life. Think in terms of eating delicious healthy foods and being more active in your daily life. Make permanent lifestyle changes.
