Do you have any breakfast ideas for my family?

Try this great tasting recipe:

Baked French Toast Strips

6 slices bread, cut into strips 1/2 inch wide. 4 large eggs 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons milk 3 Tablespoons sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Place the bread sticks in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan, leaving a little space between each. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour egg mixture over bread slices. Cover and chill overnight, or as little as 4 hours, if preparing for another time of day. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of bread strips. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until eggs are set and toast is lightly browned. Serve with applesauce spiced with cinnamon, syrup, or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 6.
