Quick Answers...

I've found a number of articles on the "Rights of Grandparents in Missouri," but the reviewed dates are old, How can I find out if this information is still correct?

You'd need to check with an attorney to find out if the laws are still the same. You can also find some information on the web:

  • The Missouri Bar has some information regarding grandparents' rights at: http://www.mobar.org/. I'm not sure how often they update their site, so I don't if it's the most current information.
  • The Missouri Revised Statutes are available at: http://www.moga.mo.gov/statutesearch/. You can search for "grandparent" to find laws pertaining to grandparents.
