Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Sessions
Callaway County
Dates: September 15 – November 17, 2009 (Tuesdays)
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Advanced*)
Location: Callaway County Extension Center, 5803 County Road 302, Fulton, MO 65251
Cost: $25 per person. Individuals who attend all 10 sessions and complete pre- and post-assessments will receive a $10.00 refund.

*To enroll in the advanced class, you must have completed a Stay Strong, Stay Healthy class or have been strength training six months or longer. Please check with the instructor if you are unsure which class would be best for you.
