Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Sessions
Cole County
Dates: September 18 – November 20, 2009 (Fridays)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (Advanced*)
Location: Cole County Extension Center, 2436 Tanner Bridge Road, Jefferson City, MO 65101
Cost: $25 per person. Individuals who attend all 10 sessions and complete pre- and post-assessments will receive a $10.00 refund.

*To enroll in the advanced class, you must have completed a Stay Strong, Stay Healthy class or have been strength training six months or longer. Please check with the instructor if you are unsure which class would be best for you.
